I always have something to draw with on my person because when inspiration strikes, this is how I can quickly get the idea out and save it to be developed in greater depth later. In recent years I've started incorporating 'Procreate', the drawing app, into my workflow. The ability this gives me to iterate on concepts quickly is unparalleled.
